The new Chef/Patron of The Cellar Restaurant is award winning chef, Lee Kalaker. For the past 16 years Lee has worked in Michelin starred restaurants and 5-star luxury hotels alongside the likes of Raymond Blanc and Willi Elsner. Lee achieved 3AA rosettes in his first role as a Head Chef and this accomplishment is reflected in the execution and presentation of his food.

The seasonally led menus use only the freshest and finest produce, achieved through a carefully sourced mix of local ingredients and produce of the highest quality from the best French markets. Everything is made in-house, and accompanied with a select wine list. The dining experience is one for which you will want to return.
